ATLAS MobileTech (“the App”) is published by Elation Technologies LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We respect your privacy and are committed to transparency about how the App handles data. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App processes, how it is transmitted, and what is not collected or stored by Elation Technologies LLC.

2. Summary of Data Practices

ATLAS MobileTech is designed as a customer-controlled mobile client. The App does not collect, store, retain, or share any personal or sensitive user data with Elation Technologies LLC or any third parties. All data entered or generated within the App is sent exclusively to the customer’s own server environment, according to the customer’s configuration.

3. Data Collection

The App does not collect any personal or sensitive user data for Elation Technologies LLC. Specifically, the App does not collect:

Names, email addresses, phone numbers
Device identifiers
Location data
Usage analytics
Crash logs
Advertising identifiers
Payment information
Any other personal or sensitive data as defined by Google Play’s User Data policy

Any data entered by the user is transmitted directly to the customer’s server and is not intercepted, stored, or processed by Elation Technologies LLC.

4. Data Transmission

ATLAS MobileTech communicates only with the customer’s designated server endpoints.

All data transmission occurs directly between the App and the customer’s server.
No data is routed through or stored on Elation Technologies LLC systems.
We do not operate any cloud storage, analytics, or logging services for this App.

5. Data Storage & Retention

Elation Technologies LLC does not store any user data. All data retention is fully controlled by the customer’s own server environment. The customer is solely responsible for:

Data storage
Data retention policies
Data deletion processes
Compliance with applicable laws and regulations

6. Third-Party Services

The App does not use any third-party SDKs to collect data. The app uses no analytics tools, advertising networks, or external data processors. No third-party receives any data from the App. The customer operating the server may configure third-party services, such as authentication, with which the app will then operate. Such services, if configured, could collect data. Contact the operator of your server for details.

7. Children’s Privacy

Because ATLAS MobileTech does not collect or store any personal data, it does not knowingly collect information from children. If the customer’s server collects data from child users, the customer is responsible for compliance with COPPA or other applicable laws.

8. Security

The App transmits data only to the customer’s server using secure communication methods (e.g., HTTPS/TLS). Since Elation Technologies LLC does not store or process data, security of stored data is the responsibility of the customer’s server environment.

9. User Rights

Because Elation Technologies LLC does not collect or store user data, requests related to:

Access
Correction
Deletion
Export

must be directed to the customer who operates the server receiving the data.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the App or legal requirements. The updated policy will be posted at the same URL and include a revised effective date.

13. Definitions

For clarity within this Privacy Policy, the following terms have the meanings described below:

"App" refers to the ATLAS MobileTech mobile application published by Elation Technologies LLC.
"Customer" refers to the organization or individual who operates the server to which the App connects. The Customer controls all data storage, retention, and processing performed on their server.
"Customer Server" refers to the server environment owned or controlled by the Customer. All data transmitted by the App is sent exclusively to this environment.
"Personal Data" means any information that identifies or can be used to identify an individual, such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, device identifiers, or other data defined under applicable privacy laws.
"Sensitive User Data" refers to data categories defined by Google Play’s User Data policy, including authentication information, financial data, health data, location data, and other regulated information.
"Third-Party Services" refers to external systems or providers that the Customer may configure on their own server (such as authentication providers). These services are not operated by Elation Technologies LLC and may have independent data practices.

14. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies solely to the ATLAS MobileTech mobile application published by Elation Technologies LLC. It describes how the App handles data during operation and clarifies that the App does not collect, store, or share personal or sensitive user data.

This Policy does not apply to any systems, servers, integrations, or third-party services configured or operated by the Customer. All data storage, processing, retention, and third‑party service behavior occurring on the Customer Server or within Customer-managed environments are governed by the Customer’s own policies and legal obligations.

Use of the Customer Server or any Customer-configured services may be subject to additional privacy policies or terms of service established by the Customer or third-party providers.
